Pursuant to Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523 of October 11, 2018, establishing a model accessibility statement in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies

Declaration on accessibility

The Tiroler Zugspitz Arena Tourism Association strives to design its websites in accordance with Section 76 of the Tyrolean Equal Treatment and Anti-Discrimination Act, which implements Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 26, 2016, on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies. This accessibility statement applies to the website arena365.at.

Status of compliance with the requirements

Due to the following incompatibilities and exceptions, this website is only partially compliant with Conformity Level AA of the "Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1" and with the applicable European Standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (022-02).

Non-accessible content

The following contents are not accessible as they are not compatible with the underlying harmonized standard EN 301 549:

  • The alt text for our logo in the cookie banner is very short | WCAG: 1.1.1
The cookie banner on our website is integrated via a third-party service. The alt text for our logo contained within it is currently not sufficiently descriptive. This is an external component over whose content we have no direct control.
  • The language displayed on the cookie policy page does not always match all elements on the page | WCAG: 3.1.1
The cookie policy on this website is integrated via an external tool. This tool automatically adapts to the language settings of the browser being used. As a result, individual text elements of the cookie policy may not match the language preset on the website. As this is a third-party system, we have no direct influence over the language in which individual content is displayed.
  • On one page, the contrast between the text and the background is too low | WCAG 1.4.3
This is due to the TOSC 5 website widget from Feratel. We are already in contact with the provider and our web agency to understand and resolve issues of this nature.
  • On one page, there are elements whose ARIA IDs appear more than once. This makes it difficult to navigate the website using screen readers | WCAG: 4.1.2
This is due to the TOSC 5 website widget from Feratel. We are already in contact with the provider and our web agency to understand and resolve issues of this kind.

Our website embeds content from third-party providers (e.g. TOSC 5 website widgets from Feratel). This content is integrated via so-called iFrames or external scripts. As this content lies outside our direct control, we cannot guarantee its accessibility.
Further information on the digital accessibility of the FareHarbor B.V. experience shop can be found here.
We endeavour to provide alternatives that are as accessible as possible or to select providers who ensure compliance with accessibility requirements. We are also already in contact with most providers to explore or jointly implement an accessible solution.
Should you notice any barriers, please get in touch.

Below you will also find the separate accessibility statement for the TOSC 5 website widget.

The following content is not accessible as it represents a disproportionate burden:

Video without media alternative or subtitles available. | WCAG: 1.2.1
This video is a video without spoken language. Due to the current disproportionate burden in terms of time and personnel resources, we are currently unable to provide subtitles or other accessible media alternatives. However, we will endeavor to offer as many videos as possible with subtitles and accessible alternative formats in the future.

ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT (TOSC5-Website-Widget)

June 3, 2025

Information in accordance with the Accessibility Act (BaFG)

Accessibility Statement

feratel media technologies AG strives to make the TOSC5 website widget accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Act (BaFG) as amended to implement Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 June 2025 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications.

This accessibility statement applies exclusively to the TOSC5 website widget (booking and information widget) integrated on this website.

Status of compatibility with the requirements

The TOSC5 website widget is partially compliant with conformity level AA of the "Web Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.1" or with the applicable European standard EN 301 549 V 3.2.1 (2021-03) due to the following incompatibilities and exceptions.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

a) Incompatibility with the BaFG

  • C.9.1.1.1 – For some non-text content presented to users, there is no equivalent text alternative that serves the same purpose.
  • C.9.1.3.1 – In some cases, information, structure, or relationships conveyed through the presentation of pages cannot be programmatically determined (or are not available via text).
  • C.9.1.3.2 – In some instances where the order in which content is presented affects its meaning, this order is only visual and not structural.
  • C.9.1.4.3 – The visual presentation of text and images containing text does not always meet the required minimum contrast ratio, except for the exemptions provided in the regulations (e.g., logos).
  • C.9.1.4.10 – Content that does not require a two-dimensional layout (such as data tables or maps) is not reflowed when resized.
  • C.9.2.1.1 – Some features cannot be operated through a keyboard (or an equivalent input interface).
  • C.9.2.2.2 – Some animations, blinking, scrolling, or auto-updating information are automatically started, last longer than five seconds, or are presented simultaneously with other content, and there are no mechanisms to stop or hide them.
  • C.9.2.4.3 – On some web pages that can be navigated sequentially and where navigation order affects meaning and functionality, some focusable objects do not receive focus in an order that preserves their meaning and operability.
  • C.9.2.4.6 – Headings and/or labels do not sufficiently describe the content or functionality.
  • C.9.3.3.2 – In some cases, no labels or instructions are provided when user input is required.
  • C.9.4.1.2 – In some instances, user interface components (including form elements, links, and script-generated components...) do not have their name, role, status, properties, and values correctly set or updated, or assistive technologies and users are not notified of changes.
  • C.9.4.1.3 – In some cases, status messages are not presented to users in a way that assistive technologies can interpret them without shifting focus.

b) Disproportionate Burden

Implementing the PDFs contained in the TOSC5 website widget in an accessible manner and creating the accessibility statement in plain language currently represents a disproportionate burden. They are therefore an exception.

c) The content does not fall within the scope of the applicable legislation

A sign language version is not mandatory under the applicable legislation.
